Junior Accountant- Family Office

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support the finance and accounting operations of a multi-entity family office. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on professional to gain experience across accounting, financial reporting, and project-based initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare daily and monthly accounting entries across all entities (cash and accrual basis) just cash basis
• Oversee Accounts Payable transactions and vendor management
• Assist in financial reporting preparation (including reconciliations)
• Support tax‑related tasks, including tracking K-1s, 1099 receipts, and donation letters
• Lead or assist with project work, such as streamlining household employee credit card reporting, expense analyses, and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in multi‑entity or family office settings
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
