Location: Downtown West Palm Beach (Parking Provided)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | Fully On‑Site
Compensation: $85,000–$90,000

This is a highly involved Accounting Manager position suited for someone experienced, confident, and ready to own their function.

• Complete bank reconciliations
• Oversee Amex expense allocations
• Review Accounts Receivable (with support from an AR Clerk)
• Manage Accounts Payable and associated entries
• Lead month‑end closing and reporting
• Recommend and implement process enhancements
• (Bonus) Support adoption or optimization of property accounting software

• 10+ years of hands‑on accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books expertise is essential
• Prior experience supervising at least one team member is preferred
• A proactive, process‑improvement mindset—someone who offers solutions, not just execution
• Comfortable working in a small, all‑women team with strong personalities (7‑person office)
