Senior Accountant

Location: Downtown West Palm Beach (Parking Included)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | 100% On‑Site
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000

• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage Amex allocations
• Review Accounts Receivable (with an AR Clerk in place)
• Handle Accounts Payable and related entries
• Lead month‑end close and reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline, improve, and modernize processes
• (Bonus) Assist with implementing or leveraging property accounting software

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books experience required
• Experience managing at least one person preferred (not required)
• Process‑improvement mindset—someone who brings ideas, not just execution
• Comfortable working in a smaller, all‑women office with strong personalities (7‑person team)
