Key Responsibilities- Perform bank reconciliations for multiple brokerage accounts
- Manage full‑cycle accounting for the firm’s investment fund
- Assist with year‑end audit preparation and provide ongoing audit support
- Play a central role in the transition from Net Suite to Quick Books Desktop
- Maintain general ledger accuracy, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Handle accounting duties across multiple entities and multiple brokerage accounts
- Strong proficiency with Net Suite and Quick Books Desktop
- Understanding of private equity or investment fund accounting
- Full‑cycle accounting experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong understanding of general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Experience managing multiple entities and numerous brokerage accounts simultaneously
- A detail‑oriented professional who’s organized, analytical, and ready to contribute from day one
