** is seeking Accounts
** Receivable Specialists
** to join our team in the
** Lake Park, Florida area**.This position will focus on ensuring the accurate and timely collection of revue for the organization while providing excellent customer service.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Park, Florida (West Palm Beach). This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to the Credit Manager and part of a statewide AR team.
** Qualification, Knowledge, and

Skills:

*** 1 – 2 years experience in the Accounts Receivable Industry
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of Accounts Receivable best practices and laws
* ** Knowledge of Notice to Owner (NTOs) and Release of Liens
*** Excellent Customer Services Skills
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills; with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
* Keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
* Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
** Tasks and Responsibilities:
*** Process scanned concrete and building material delivery tickets
* Research tickets from each plant
* Prep and generate invoices, including reviewing tickets and running reports
* Review and send invoices on a daily basis
* Generate and distribute customer statements on a monthly basis
* Respond to customer inquires regarding invoices and statements
* Assist with Notices to Owner and Releases of Liens, if needed
* Support the AR team and organization as needed.
