Accounting Manager​/Controller

We are seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager or Controller to lead our accounting operations and strengthen our financial infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance day‑to‑day execution with strategic financial oversight.

You will oversee the full accounting cycle and serve as the internal financial leader, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and clear visibility into company performance.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Oversee AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning models
• Support budgeting and annual forecasting processes
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with external CPA firm on tax filings and audit support
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to ownership/executive leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant ready to step up
• Straight public accounting experience is acceptable
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month‑end close best practices
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and financial modeling
