- Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as Quick Books or similar platforms.
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions with precision.
- Conduct account analysis and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in budgeting processes and support financial report writing to provide clear insights into organizational finances.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and tax-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proven experience with accounting software such as Quick Books or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, GAAP standards, and double-entry bookkeeping methods.
- Skilled in bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in account reconciliation, and financial report writing.
