Accounting Specialist

Great Accounting Specialist opportunity with Benefits, Government Holidays Off and a Hybrid schedule.

Pride Staff Financial has a great opportunity for an experienced Accounting Specialist to handle AP and AR on a temp to perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for financial transactions, account reconciliation, billing and vendor management.

Duties:

• Process full-cycle AP invoices including cutting checks
• Process billing invoices and credit memos
• Assist and participate in month-end close
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Daily maintenance and reporting of accounts

Requirement

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in related accounting role
• Bachelor's degree a plus
• MS Excel
  - Intermediate Skills
• Working experience with ERP accounting software
• Excellent data entry skills -- 10-key speed of at least 8,000 KPH
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
