About the Role
Title: Accounting Manager
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (5 days on-site)
Hours: 40 hours a week
Base pay range: $ - $ per year
Requirements- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 5-7 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Strong US GAAP Knowledge
- Own the full general ledger function, including AP, AR, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead monthly and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Prepare and review internal financial statements and management reports
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to support budgeting and forecasting
- Manage external audit and tax engagements, serving as the primary accounting liaison
- Oversee regulatory and statutory filings, including multi-jurisdictional sales-related taxes
- Develop, coach, and review the work of accounting staff to drive performance and accountability
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
