Accounts Receivable Specialist - Luxury Windows & Doors

• Prepare and send customer invoices for product orders, installation services, and project milestones
• Track accounts receivable aging and follow up proactively on past‑due accounts
• Process payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain up‑to‑date financial records
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and accounting to ensure correct billing and documentation
• Manage lien releases, payment applications, and compliance paperwork
• Assist with month‑end close, reporting, and financial audits
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing questions or balances
• Maintain accuracy across all AR entries, logs, and documents
• Identify process improvements to streamline AR operations

• 2‑4 years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and contract billing
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, Buildertrend, or similar)
• Professional communication with both internal teams and high‑end clients
• Ability to problem‑solve, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Full‑time, W‑2 employee
• Salary Range: $45,000‑$55,000, depending on experience
• $20 daily lunch credit
• Quarterly performance bonuses (minimum $1,000)
