Responsibilities:- Prepare budgets for engagements
- Manage client engagements, including pre-audit planning
- Review client accounting systems and internal controls
- Conduct audit tests and verify financial statements
- Document work papers and develop accounting worksheets
- Perform technical research and review staff work
- Identify issues and propose solutions
- Maintain communication with managers/partners
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Evaluate staff performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of audit/assurance experience
- Experience with real estate clients
- CPA or progress towards CPA
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
