Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay: Up to $38 per hour (Depending on experience)

Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. If you’re passionate about resident care and thrive in a team‑oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage medications, treatments, and medical supplies according to physician orders.
- Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion.
- Follow individualized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided and resident responses.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and uphold resident rights and privacy at all times.
- Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey (required).
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long‑Term Care setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
