Complete Care at Summit Ridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. Our 4-star overall rated, 152-bed facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive work environment for our staff. We are looking for a dynamic nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting and is passionate about elevating standards of care.

• Oversee and manage all nursing department operations, staffing, and clinical programs.
• Ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care aligned with state and federal regulations.
• Lead, support, and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, QAPI initiatives, and compliance measures.
• Collaborate closely with facility leadership to drive excellence in resident care and satisfaction.
• Maintain readiness for surveys and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Work proactively to reduce hospital readmissions and improve care coordination.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Active RN license in the state.
• 2–3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long‑term care facility required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for SNFs.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate clinical teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
