Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate
Location: 1199 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052
Schedule: Full-Time, Nights 7PM - 7:30AM (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)
Compensation: $46.00/Hour - $61.93/Hour (Based on Years of Experience) + Shift Differential

ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will ensure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
- Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of the patients/families.
- Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing
- Valid State RN License is required
- BLS required at hire
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program
Per Diem Requirement:
Four (4) shifts per 6-week schedule. One Saturday or Sunday, one winter/summer holiday
Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process, to be completed before an employee's first day of work.
