Complete Care at Summit Ridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. Our 4-star overall rated, 152-bed facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive work environment for our staff. We are looking for a dynamic nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting and is passionate about elevating standards of care.
Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all nursing department operations, staffing, and clinical programs.
Ensure high-quality, person-centered care aligned with state and federal regulations.
Lead, support, and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Monitor clinical outcomes, QAPI initiatives, and compliance measures.
Collaborate closely with facility leadership to drive excellence in resident care and satisfaction.
Maintain readiness for surveys and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
Work proactively to reduce hospital readmissions and improve care coordination.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Active RN license in the state.
2–3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility required.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for SNFs.
Proven ability to lead and motivate clinical teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
