The Clinical Manager will be responsible for coordinating total care for patients with life threatening and life limiting illnesses, and their families and managing the day to day operations of the Hospice Team.

- Provides overall operational responsibility for the Hospice program and coordination of patient care
- Manages a caseload of hospice patients as needed
- Conducts community outreach activities to improve community access to hospice care
- Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
- Supervises staff in conjunction with the organization’s managerial and leadership practices
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
- RN with BSN; oncology/hospice and palliative care certification preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience with community health oncology/hospice nursing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills Working Conditions/Physical Demand
Working indoors/outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; client/customer contact
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $80,000 to USD $135,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add‑on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
