Full time Front Desk representative.
We are seeking a Detail-Oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with patient registration, and support nursing staff as needed. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive experience.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Register patients, verify demographics, and ensure accurate documentation
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling
- Provide support to nursing staff as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk environment
- Follow directions and work cooperatively in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Medical registration experience required
- Bilingual Spanish or Russian preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
