Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: West Orange, NJ
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15 am - 3:15 pm (8 am - 4 pm on weekend/holiday)
Compensation: $83,000 - $ a Year (Based on Experience)

- As an OT you will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs and physician direction.
- Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients.
- Ensure the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities.
- Serve as an educator of patients, families, students, co-workers, and self.
- Perform other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services and design of program delivery.
- Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.
- Participate in discharge planning including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Certified BLS
