- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Product Management or related fields
- Recent coding experience in HTML, CSS, and an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python/Java/C#/C++)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Occasional travel may be required to various Red Cross sites
- Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation
- Familiarity with generative AI product concepts and workflows
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Passionate about supporting the mission of the Red Cross
