Deramo Orthopaedics is a small, boutique orthopedic practice located in West New York, NJ. We provide personalized, high-quality orthopedic care in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
Our practice is growing, with plans to expand into Northern New Jersey in the near future, and we are excited to welcome a Physician Assistant who wants to grow with us.

The Orthopedic Physician Assistant will work closely with the supervising orthopedic surgeon in both the office and surgical settings, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions
- Assist in orthopedic surgeries (shoulder, hip, knee arthroscopy)
- Order and interpret imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Post-operative care and rehabilitation guidance
- Perform injections, PRP treatments, wound care, and suturing
- Collaborate with healthcare staff
Integrative & Functional Wellness
We are looking to expand the practice to include an Integrative & Functional Health program in the near future.
Position Requirements- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- NJ PA license, DEA, NPI
- ACLS certification
- Orthopedic experience as a surgical assistant preferred
- Spanish speaking a plus
Interest in Integrative & Functional Health is also a plus.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $105,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
