Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 6 PM

• Knowledge of tools and materials used for ductwork.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and carry heavy loads.
• Fabricate and assemble structural metal products according to job orders, verbal instructions, and/or blueprints.
• Develop, layout, and plan the sequence of operations, applying knowledge of trigonometry, stock allowances for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage, and physical properties of metal.
• Locate and mark bending and cutting lines on the workpiece.
• Set up and operate fabricating machinery such as welders, brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.
• Design and construct templates and fixtures.
• Verify the conformance of work pieces to specifications, using a square, ruler, and measuring tape.
