Location: West Monroe, LA
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Manage daily print production operations, workflows, and job priorities.
• Review customer files for print readiness, including size, bleed, resolution, and color accuracy.
• Operate and maintain digital and wide-format printing equipment.
• Ensure consistent print quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines, approvals, and job changes.
• Troubleshoot print production issues and rework jobs as needed.
• Support and train associates on print processes and best practices.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and efficient print production area.

Requirements:

• Experience with Adobe or printing
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a deadline-driven environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with store leadership
