The Industrial Services Site Coordinator will manage and complete projects within the industrial markets, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

• Coordinate various aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Plan and coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Facilitate project logistics as defined by department heads or project specification analysts.
• Provide primary administrative assistance to management staff.
• Coordinate board meeting communication.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Maintain and update company directories.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Review daily management reports.
• Conduct prospecting calls.
• Stock and maintain store showroom merchandise.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• 1+ year equipment rental or related industry experience.
• Ability to read instructions and numbers legibly in English.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to travel and work after hours.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds or more. Employees may be required to drive for long periods, load and unload heavy equipment, perform work in extreme weather conditions, and work nights or weekends. All tasks are performed in accordance with Sunbelt’s safety policies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $18.04 - $24.80 per hour. The starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
