Complete Care at Milford Manor
Infection Preventionist Nurse (RN / LPN)
SHIFT: DAYS (9a-5p) + 1 Weekend/Month
Active/Valid NJ LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) OR RN (Registered Nurse) License is a MUST.
Infection Prevention Nurse (RN/ LPN) Responsibilities:- Infection Control Program Development
- Education and Training
- Surveillance and Monitoring
- Outbreak Management
- Compliance and Auditing
- Environmental Safety
- Investigation and Reporting
- Quality Improvement
Qualifications:
- Active/ Valid NJ LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) OR RN (Registered Nurse) License is a MUST
- Excellent Excel Spreadsheet Knowledge and MDROS Experience
- Prior experience in infection prevention in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in infection prevention.
