Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

is looking for a full-time warehouse supervisor. Primary responsibility will be to manage production during a second shift. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while meeting company performance and quality goals. This role will require Saturday hours.

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee production during the second shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and alignment with company performance and quality goals.

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with lean warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives.
