Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail store and/or mall location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including handling disturbances, assisting with lost children, and/or coordinating with store management and local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or other policy violations;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points as assigned, and complete routine checks of doors, receiving areas, and high-traffic zones to help to deter unauthorized access and/or shrink;
Document observations, incidents, and customer interactions in written reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
