Kennywood is a National Historic Landmark with over 125 years of fun. As a Security Dispatcher, you will maintain a safe environment for guests and employees through monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination.

• Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Have an eye for detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Prior security dispatch experience is a plus.

• Report and dispatch on security incidents and threats.
• Oversee and report on security surveillance.
• Maintain and review security records; periodically report on trends, anomalies, and concerns.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to resolve questions, problems, and concerns.
• Strong communication skills; complete understanding of the English language.
• Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends.
