Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring CNAs for the following shifts:

• Full Time, Part-Time & PRN: 7a - 3pm, 3p–11p and 11p–7a

• Provide daily care and support for residents as their primary caregiver
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor vitals, weight, and input/output
• Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
• Complete accurate documentation of care provided

• Current CNA certification required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Commitment to person-centered care
