System Administrator - Top Secret Clearance Required

Job Location s: US-PA-West Mifflin

We are currently hiring an experienced System Administrator who will support the administration of network services and storage systems, development of disaster recovery systems, and installation and configuration of computers and software. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a security‑first mindset.

• Provide back‑end user support for various information technology related problems, including problems associated with Windows servers
• Perform Windows system administration tasks
• Install and configure server operating systems
• Resolve escalated Help Desk issues

5+ years of experience in system administration to include the following:

• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows server computing environment, specifically Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Object management
• Knowledge and working experience with Windows Server (such as 2012/2016/2019 and future versions of the Windows Server Operating System)
• Experience with server and desktop virtualization including VMWare (such as vSphere and ESXi 6.7) product lines
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2016 or newer
• Experience with two‑factor authentication using Smart Card technology
• Experience in hardening of systems through implementation of Cyber Security principles, policies, and requirements
• Ability and experience in applying and maintaining patch levels and security configurations as well as providing life‑cycle system upgrades
• Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in writing standard operating procedures
• Active Q or Top Secret security clearance

• Experience with administration, implementation and maintenance of Virtualization technologies
• Experience with scripting technologies such as VB Script or Power Shell
• Experience with HP Pro Liant class hardware
• Experience with Net App class hardware
• DoD IAT Level 2 certification
