Activities Aide – Part-Time or Full Time

Shift: 8 hours per week and 4 hours each weekend day or Full Time hours

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Activities Aide to join our team and bring joy, engagement, and meaningful moments to our residents. If you love working with people, planning fun activities, and making a real impact every day—this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing- Assisting with the planning and delivery of daily recreational and therapeutic activities
- Encouraging resident participation in games, music, crafts, social events, and outings
- Helping set up and clean up activities
- Engaging with residents to support their emotional well-being and build meaningful connections
- Documenting resident involvement and feedback for activity planning
- A caring and upbeat attitude
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage others
- Organized and dependable
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays
