Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 200 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in school and community activities as needed.
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
• Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children, youth, or families (preferred).
• Actively pursuing or currently holds a PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license (PA if residing in Pennsylvania) and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks.
