West Memphis, AR
- Immediate Start:
We are urgently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem LPNs and RNs.
- Shifts Available:12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a).
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for full-time positions. Details available during your discussion with our Director of Nursing (DON).
- Daily Pay Option:
Earn and access your pay daily!

Role of Charge Nurse:
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer and record prescribed medications.
- Monitor patients’ medical information and vital signs.
- Assist and empower patients in daily tasks, maintaining their independence and self-esteem.
- Address complex needs typical in geriatric care, involving family when beneficial.
- Must hold a current Arkansas Nursing License or be a recent graduate ready to obtain licensure.
