Dollar Tree - 1800 Family Dollar Parkway - Responsibilities:
Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage;
Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary;
Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate, and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer;
Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender;
Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
