Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Heavy Duty Houseperson to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Heavy Duty Houseperson, you will be responsible for performing custodial duties to keep the property clean and sanitized. • Clean areas, rooms, meeting rooms, and restrooms according to procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Cleaning carpets/floors with heavy duty equipment
• Replenish supplies in restrooms
• Conduct walk‑arounds of assigned areas to ensure housekeeping standards are met
• Report maintenance repair problems to the supervisor
• Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Cleaning experience required
• Experience in carpet/hard floor equipment and carpet extractions needed.
• General cleaning and preventive maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure, follow directions, and be guest service-oriented
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• No degree required

• Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift
• Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying
