The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an AV Technician, you will be working under the direction of the CCTV Manager to operate the video camera and tote board operation during the live racing season, in accordance with state gaming regulations and company policies.

• Operate video cameras, following the live action on the racetrack
• Understand racing jargon, classes, stakes, wagering, and colors
• Clean and maintain the work area, protecting equipment from the weather
• Demonstrate professional conduct toward guests and team members
• Maintain communications and dialogue with the CCTV manager for scheduling
• Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Be licensed by the appropriate state gaming regulation
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and learn quickly
• Excellent guest service skills
• Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
• Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

• Ability to climb camera towers to approximately 60 ft
• Regularly required to sit and stand in front of a camera
• Manual dexterity sufficient for camera operations
