VIP Host – Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time VIP Host to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a VIP Host, you will support the production and implementation of multi‑purpose content for both internal and external audiences.

$8.00 – $22.00 per hour.

• Staff and maintain VIP Lounge and VIP check‑in, updating and entering member information into the database.
• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members.
• Book hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request and RSVP VIP guests to events on and off property.
• Make comp‑ing decisions based on the guest's card level and level of play, and plan for casino comps and issuance of necessary paperwork.
• Assist in the development and process of high‑end player events.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License.
• Customer‑service and basic math skills required.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 months of related experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and MICROS system preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

• Days, evenings, overnight, holidays, weekends.
• 8 hr shift, 10 hr shift, 12 hr shift.
• Events: OT as needed, evenings as needed, on call.

Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sports book.
