Base pay range$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
Temp to Hire.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts in a designated US territory. This job is Temp to Hire. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, RFQ fulfilment, team coverage, invoicing, performing the order review process and providing instructions to the Supply Chain department to ensure the correct goods are specified and delivered on time.
Qualifications- 4-year college degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Communications preferred
- Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce preferred
- Experience managing customer accounts, sales order processing, inventory management, shipping and invoicing
- Customer Service: main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, including working with Purchase Orders
- Change Order Management: review customer technical specifications, drawings, and applications to determine the appropriate product to be quoted (electrical/technical)
- Order Processing: collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to fulfill orders based on client specifications and deadlines.
