Plumber – Renewables

Location:

Kent & surrounding London areas.

Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 basic, plus bonus, overtime, company van, fuel card, 33 days holiday, paid lunch, pension, healthcare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a plumbing and heating engineer who wants to build a future in renewable heating. The business works across air‑source, ground‑source and exhaust‑air heat pumps, as well as associated heating systems within social housing and commercial environments.

You will be supported by a highly experienced team and given access to extensive training, including BPEC, manufacturer courses and internal development from Level 2 through to Level 3 and beyond. Whether you want to progress into renewables installation, remain service‑focused or simply become highly skilled in your current role, the choice is yours.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating
• Unvented G3 qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Interest in renewables and learning new technologies
• Customer‑focused, respectful and team‑minded

• Service, maintenance and repairs on renewable heating systems
• Working with air‑source heat pumps, cylinders, HIUs and heating systems
• Planned and reactive works across social housing sites
• Supporting installs and working alongside improvers or apprentices when required
• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with paid lunch and optional overtime
