Associate Solutions Consultant

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, youll bridge the gap between technology and real-world business needsacting as a problem solver, advisor, and strategic partner for our clients and internal teams. What youll do Run in-depth consultations to understand client needs and pain points.

Customise and tailor solutions to maximise effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with objectives, budgets, and timelines. Share best practices, industry trends, and strategies to optimise solution implementation. Work closely with sales, product development, and project management for seamless delivery. What youll bring 3 years experience in the UK personal lines and/or London Market insurance industry.

High resilience and adaptability to changing priorities. Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and logical problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Desirable:

Experience with web UIs, technical product management, low-code automation tools, SaaS, project lifecycle, APIs, and Agile or other project methodologies. Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
