(Experienced Broker or High-Performing Sales Professional)

We’re now looking for an exceptional individual to complement our fantastic team.

This is a rare opportunity: you’ll be provided with a well-established, loyal portfolio of active clients built on decades of trust, expertise, and results. You’ll also benefit from a structured induction and training programme to ensure a smooth transition and maintain client confidence from day one.

You’ll collaborate closely with our wider broker team and dedicated client relationship managers, sharing knowledge and delivering the outstanding service we’re known for.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open to two types of candidates:

  • Experienced, successful Buy-to-Let brokers
  • High-performing sales professionals with the drive to learn, grow, and earn.
  • You should be:

    • CeMAP qualified (or willing to work towards it if coming from a sales background)
    • Experienced in Buy-to-Let mortgage broking, or able to demonstrate strong transferable sales ability
    • Familiar with bridging finance (advantageous but not essential) or able to demonstrate strong transferable sales ability
    • Proactive, ambitious, and ready to make an immediate impact
    • Relationship-focused, delivering a personal and professional service
    • A confident communicator committed to client care and regulatory excellence
