This role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is an exciting and diverse role within the Commercial Finance team to work directly with commercial and operations teams, providing financial insight and helping to drive optimal business decisions.

• Monitor data submissions and support sites that require guidance, assisting them to achieve submission deadlines with high data quality.
• Analyse data submissions against targets; liaise with units to obtain rationale for variances to support the Commercial Finance Manager in challenging overspends.
• Help develop and take ownership of key data sources and trackers.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting on various KPIs and ensure they are accurate and timely.
• Produce fee breakdowns for all new admissions where the rate varies from standard.
• Develop strong, professional relationships with all levels of the business to support managers in taking ownership of their unit performance; willing to occasionally visit sites.
• Prepare presentation packs monthly and help develop value‑adding insights.
• Review relevant queries and provide solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and reports as required.
