Building Surveyor/ Senior Building Surveyor
£45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus +25 days + Xmas + Hybrid
📍 Kings Hill, Kent
✅ What you’ll need
* MRICS - Chartered
* Experience across projects and professional instructions
* Hands-on mindset in a small and collaborative close-knit team
* Comfortable managing a varied workload across London and the Southeast
🎯 What you’ll do
* Work on commercial and high-end residential projects up to £1m
* Deliver a range of working incl. dilapidations, party wall, CA/PM and PPM
* Provide employers agent and principal designer services
💰 What’s on offer
* £45,000 - £65,000
* 25 days holiday and Christmas shutdown
* Hybrid working 2 days in the office with flexible options including RICS and WeWork buildings
* Twice-yearly bonus plus new business percentage
