A BRIEF OVERVIEWThe Maintenance Technician II performs machine maintenance and facility repairs on most of the site’s machines according to safety regulations and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment as required.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain the site’s equipment.
- Perform mechanic work including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all machines, equipment, and plant facility.
- May perform basic plumbing or electrical maintenance functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Perform major repairs on production equipment.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety rules and regulations.
- Is trained on and can independently perform maintenance on most of the machines in the shop.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Bachelor (Preferred)
- High School Or Equivalent (Required)
- 2+ Years Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance (Required)
- Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and/or industrial Experience (Preferred)
- Plumbing and HVAC experience (Preferred)
- Repair & Maintenance ertified Maintenance Professional (CMP)-IMI Repair & Maintenance ertified Maintenance Professional (CMP)-IMI (Preferred)
- Property/Real Estate Management VAC Certification Property/Real Estate Management VAC Certification (Preferred)
- Repair & Maintenance ertified Maintenance Management-NAFA Repair & Maintenance ertified Maintenance Management-NAFA (Preferred)
- Active Learning - Basic Knowledge
