The heart of Evential’s automated event decision platform is their suite of embedded technologies made specifically for event-like environments. Will lead the embedded systems engineering team as Evential expands

A significant part of delivering a seamless experience to event-managers and attendees is creating elegant and robust software. As a founding engineer of software development, you will define how Evential software looks and functions. Specifically, you will be in charge of creating the various interfaces for the tools that users will use. Will lead the Software Engineering team as Evential expands.

What makes the Evential experience truly special is our data driven insights that we provide to event managers. These insights can enable event managers to make accurate decisions before, during, and after events. As a founding engineer of AI/ML, you will be in charge of creating an LLM that event managers can use to understand their event. You will also be responsible for creating custom data visualization tools to make event-related data meaningful.

Will lead the AI/ML team as Evential expands.

Founding Engineers can expect to receive from $1,000-1,500 as a bonus once Evential raises a pre-seed round of funding. In addition, Founding Engineers will receive from 1.2-1.7% in equity. This compensation is industry standard for startups of our scale, and will be revised once Evential has a steady ARR. You shape your compensation once you join the team as your work directly contributes to the success of the company, and in turn, your shares.
