Responsibilities:

• Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff.
• Set and achieve sales goals while coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
• Schedule and assign employees and follow up on work results.
• Monitor controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, other expenses) to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to protect store stability and reputation.
• Oversee store cleanliness, inventory, organization, and customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expense data to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard all money received and fulfill banking requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong influence and leadership aptitude.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours daily).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
