Electronic Shop Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesManage Electronic and PIC‑Telecommunications units for the Operations and Maintenance Department. Supervise electronic and PIC‑telecommunications staff in maintenance, remodeling, and new construction projects. Administer Electronic work budgets, approve expenditures to complete job assignments, and provide wage/salary, supply/expense and capital equipment budget recommendations. Consult with various staff and faculty to discuss electronic and PIC‑Telecommunications project needs, maintenance repair needs, and scheduling.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Building Construction, Supervision, Management or a related technical area.
- 3+ years of administrative supervisory experience, preferably in a technical, commercial or industrial area.
- An equivalent combination of education and required work experience will be considered.
- Experience in workflow planning, employee coaching and motivation, budget and financial planning, diversity awareness and analytical evaluation skills.
- Applicable experience relative to the position in facilities maintenance or in electronics and telecommunication maintenance and maintenance/inspection.
