• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Uphold standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
• Provide valuable support to patients in their journey toward recovery.

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the placed state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
