- Assist in building and maintaining all event registrations in coordination with Director of Special Events Strategy and Engagement
- Manage all assigned digital tasks for event projects in Wrike project management software
- Monitor attendee lists for events planned by the Office of Special Events to ensure all registration data is accurate and up to date
- Be knowledgeable of the analytics dashboard within Salesforce that houses all registration data to provide guidance when needed
- Assist the Director of Special Events Strategy and Engagement to create digital communication plans for upcoming events as needed
- Research latest digital communication trends/designs
- Help develop modern email layout templates for event communications
- Request specialized reports when necessary
- MS Excel report updates or revisions
- Other duties are on an “as assigned basis”
- Works well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
- Meets deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Efficient in MS Office
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Purdue University student
- Students in HTM majors preferred
- This position will work approx. 8-19 hours/week
