Job SummaryThe Department of Mathematics in the College of Science at Purdue University invites applications from recent Ph.D.s for multiple three-year positions as Golomb Visiting Assistant Professor. QualificationsThe positions are open to mathematicians who will have completed their Ph.D. (or its equivalent) in mathematics or in a closely related field by August 17, 2026. Candidates must have a strong research record in mathematics, as evidenced by papers and preprints, and a record of teaching accomplishments.
DutiesDuties include continued research production, engagement with faculty and students, and teaching of undergraduate mathematics courses.
