Project Manager - Nationwide (Commercial Fit-Out)

Location: UK - Nationwide travel required

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Package: Company vehicle, travel & accommodation expenses, pension

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established design and build contractor that specialises in the delivery of high-quality commercial interiors, hospitality and catering fit-out projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site/Project Manager to oversee projects nationwide.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, coordination of subcontractors and close collaboration with project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

, and candidates must be flexible with travel and occasional overnight stays.

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities across multiple fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and specification.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety in accordance with CDM regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including site diaries, RAMS and reports.
• Monitor labour, materials and plant usage to maximise efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Site/Project Manager within commercial fit‑out or interior construction.
• Commercial kitchen fit‑out experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work nationwide.

• Salary circa £50,000, dependent on experience.
